Returns Policy

You may return items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or an exchange.  We have a strict policy in relation to the condition of the items. All returned items must be as new, unworn and in original packaging. Failure to meet our policy will result in an immediate rejection of the return. If you are unsure about any aspect of this policy, please contact us first using support email. Do not risk sending an item back if you feel there could be a reason for it to be rejected.

 Full Policy

  • Items must be in new and unworn condition, as well as being in their original packaging. Returns with signs of use will be rejected.
  • Any sign of scent (including deodrant) or animal hair will result in the return being rejected.
  • If you have requested an exchange for an item which is more expensive then your return item, your order will be refunded and you will need to place a new order for your desired product.
  • Any SALE items can only be returned for an exchange. Full refunds will not be offered.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • We recommend that you send your returns via a tracked and insured delivery service. We will not accept responsibility for returns lost in the post.
